Waterbloc Pro 5 °F (-15 °C) is a water-repellent mummy bag that is ideal for humid and cold conditions, such as snow caves, igloos, open bivies, ski or splitboard touring and sleeping under a tarp. It will even resist the spilled soup that has been known to wet out a sleeping bag or two. Its close-to-the body fit eliminates cold spots and an extra-warm draft collar improves heat retention around the neck.
Combining EXPED'S proportional differential cut and the highest quality 850 fill-power, RDS certified white Polish goose down makes Waterbloc Pro an amazingly efficient sleeping chamber. Waterbloc Pro is an outstanding expedition sleeping bag because it resists the build-up of moisture within the bag that can occur on extended adventures.
EXPED'S exclusive 3-D footbox is constructed with 11 individual chambers, effectively trapping heat and ensuring feet don’t push through the down insulation and contact cold air. The newly developed, anti-snag webbing sewn along the length of the zipper eliminates zipper sliders catching on lightweight fabric.
